In this program, students learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim-readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences. Parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention and the importance of supervision.
The Swim Basics program includes three stages for school-age kids: Water Acclimation, Water Movement and Water Stamina.
The Swim Strokes program includes three stages for school-age kids: Stroke Introduction, Stroke Development and Stroke Mechanics.
